About Seasoned Prompts

Seasoned Prompts is a free collection of real stories of people 50 and over, retirees, and family caregivers using everyday AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Alexa+ for ordinary jobs: planning a trip at your own pace, putting a confusing letter into plain English, checking whether a text is a scam, or writing stories for the grandkids.

Every story tells you what someone did and how it went, adds a plain-English "worth knowing" caution, and gives you a prompt you can copy and try yourself. Every story links to where we found it, so you can read the original.

Who it's for

Curious, self-reliant adults who've heard AI is useful and want proof from people like them, plus the sons and daughters helping an aging parent.

How it's made

An AI agent reads public sources every morning (news articles, blogs, forums like Hacker News, and public posts on X), picks stories that pass our rules, and writes each entry in its own words. A human editor reviews the work. We'd rather publish five good stories than twenty shaky ones.
